Concept
My concepts are derived from the infinity center which is designed by Mcbride Charles Ryan.Belows are the concept I chose and the images that inspired me.

Concept chosen:
Infinity
The below photos show the shape of infinity centre, which is like an infinity symbol.
Merge
The shpae could be also seen as two rectangle merge together.
Layering
The timber structure and the outer building texture give me a strong feeling of layering.
Fluid
The beautiful curvy shape of the building gives me a dynamic feeling, which is like water flowing around.
Concave
The white ceil shows a curve beautifully concaving down.
Hiding
The hexagon shape actually hide the basic structure of the ceil, which makes the whole internal structure much more elegant.

Chosen concept: Infinity and Merge
For an architecture school, the most important thing is creativity, the concept infinity means infinite creativity.
The merge drawing looks like two hands shaking together, as if two people saying hello. This means our architecture school warmly welcomes international students from all over the world.

Moving elements
Element 1: The internal wall
I choose to use the walls that composed of two concave shapes in my model. The wall can rotate about its gemometry centre, which makes students move from one classroom to another directly, they don't need to go out to walkway and then enter another classroom.
The walls could also create more spaces and provide classrooms with different functionality. For example, by rotating the walls, two classrooms can merge into a bigger space which could be used as a studio room or a lecture room.
This video shows how the walls rotate.

Element 2: the rotating roof
The roof of the building can rotate as the same direction as the sun, which will give the building a dynamic feeling.

First Draft Images
(The building connects blockhouse and squarehouse)
Inspired by the hidding concept, I hide the sharpe corner of the infinity shape and use the round corner instead. This would make the outer shape of the building much more smooth and elegent.
Inspired by the fluid concept, I use the curvy shape internal wall, which is like the water wave flowing around. This would give the dynamic feeling.
